Early Years Entitlement
All 3 and 4 year olds are entitled to 15 hours of funded early education or child care a week for up to 38 weeks a year, from the funding period after they become 3 years old.

Extended Entitlement
For some families, the government has extended early years entitlement to 30 hours a week for up to 38 weeks a year. This is known as the 'extended entitlement'

Funded 2 year old Entitlement
All children who's parents meet the criteria are entitled to 15 hours funding per week. Children become eligible in the funding period after their second birthday.
